Shipping Policy

Once the order is placed, you will get an email confirmation stating your order number and details of your purchase.
Each product has a different delivery timeline depending on the design as stated on the product page. We process orders as soon as we receive them in order to get it to you in time.
Generally the products are shipped within 48 to 96 hours after ordering, and will be delivered around 5 to 7 Business days
 

Shipping within UAE

Free shipping is offered to customers in UAE.

Our company strives to provide efficient and reliable delivery services to our customers. However, in cases where the customer is unavailable to receive their package due to their own reason, there will be an additional cost for re-delivery.  This policy outlines the procedures and fees associated with re-delivery attempts.

Re-Delivery Fee
In the event that a customer is unavailable to receive their package on the scheduled delivery day, and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer's own reason (e.g., not answering the phone, not being present at the delivery address), the customer will be charged a re-delivery fee of 35 AED.

Payment of Re-Delivery Fee
The re-delivery fee must be paid by the customer before we attempt to re-deliver the package. The customer will be notified of the re-delivery fee and payment instructions via WhatsApp and/or email.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

No Refund policy.
